Copenhagen City Tours and City Outskirts / Dragør

Sightseeing Guide in Copenhagen and Region

Our object is to provide you with a 'Taste' of Copenhagen and Denmark

We try to create and design a Tour that is unique to you

Copenhagen is not a huge International City, yet there are plenty of interesting things to see in the City and surrounding area.

We have found however that most visitors desire to see the more popular Sites of Interest and our tours are suggested

on that basis as it is natural to focus on these as the priority However we are also wanting to ensure that you get to see those

things that are of interest to you so please let us know if you have any special requests or themes that may interest you.

Special note from 2013-2018

As with many Cities there are considerations such as traffic, major construction/renovation projects to take a ccount of.  Currently Copenhagen is extending it's Metro

System at the moment and this is continueing until 2018/2022 and there are many roadworks and underground heating water works all over the city area. This  creates

a few extra logistic problems sometimes so please make an allowance for these  and our guides will be doing their best to navigate around these construction projects.

Dragør is an old fishing village originally founded in about 12th Century with connections to the Hanseatic League in the 14th and 15th Centuries

and later populated by immigrants from the Netherlands in the early 16th Century about 15 kilometers away from Copenhagen on the island of

Amager and having Copenhagen International Airport as it's neighbour and overlooking Southern Sweden and the Øresundsbroen. Dragør gets

it's name from the word  'drag' from dragging the boats onto the shore and the 'ør' from an old Scandinavian word meaning sandy-gravel beach.
