Copenhagen City Tours and other Tours information
* From about 2 hours up to about 6 hours.
Types of Transport and advised hours :
Walking Tours ( recommended 2.5 - 4 hours ) A round Tour of the main sites of interest
Note: approx 6-12 kilometers ( 2 hours fast walk 3-4 hours = gentle walk
Taxi / Limousine Tours ( recommended 2 - 3 hours) Requires deposit as Taxi / Limousine must be booked - Minimum 2 hours
Cycle Tours ( recommended 2.5 - 4 hours) Requires Deposit to reserve the Cycles - minimum 2 hours
Mini Bus or Bus Tours ( recommended about 3 hours) Requires Full payment upfront to reserve the mini bus / bus - minimum 3 hours
A combination of using a car with short walks between sites close together Walking & Car Tours ( recommended about 3 - 4 hours )
Extended City Tour ( Recommended 4 - 6 hours ) Covering more of the City Outskirts and / or visiting Dragør
Two part Tours ( Recommended 2 Tours x 2 - 3 hours)This is a convenient way for you to split the longer tour into 2 parts
Tours to Roskilde, Hillerød, Helsingør and Southern Sweden plus all other Tours away from Copenhagen City area will require a minimum
of 4 hours and as much as 10-12 hours if going a long way * more precise times will be provided when making a suggested Itinerary

Fees for transport
Walking Tours = Only Sightseeing Guide fees
Taxi / Limousine = Hire of Taxi / Limousine + driver usually the cost will be approx. 650 DKr. - 1200 DKr. per hour
(+ Sightseeing guide fees ) Limouusines require FULL PAYMENT in Advance
Cycle Tours = Hire of Cycle = approx 50 - 120 DKr. ( + deposit which will be returned on safe return of cycle)
(+ sightseeing guide fees)
Mini bus/bus Tours = Hire of Mini bus / bus + driver approx 700- 1200 DKr. per hour ~ minimum 3 hours
and the full amount will be required when booking.
Public Transport = Public Transport fees ( Bus, Metro, 'S' Train, Train etc ) must allow much more time using Public Transport
Sightseeing Guide Fees
Minimum Fee = for 2 hours
2018 Minimum fee = for 2 hours
For the first 4 hours for each hour.

A Direct Transfer to a Bank Account is also possible.
( Fees can Depend on the type of Tour and transport etc mostly this is including a car)
We conduct Sightseeing Tours in English Language and Russian Language.
(other languages on request but will probably require a translator at extra cost)
Entrance Fees to Museums, Castles, Churches and other Sites etc.
It is normal to have to pay an entrance fee to most Tourist Sites.
Discounts for children and Pensioners (65+) and Groups may be available.
We will try to provide up to date information about these in our quote.
Most Sites charge an entry Fee and typically it will be about 75 DKr -200 DKr
There are a small number of Sites that are Free of charge.
Opening Hours of Museums, Castles and other Sites etc
Most Tourist Sites are open longer hours in the Summer months,
and can have much shorter opening hours during the Winter months.
So this needs to be taken into account in your Tour Planning.
Misc. Information
* Please inform us if you have anyone in your party that is handicapped,
uses a wheelchair or is not so good at walking etc so as we can try our best to help.
* If you have a large amount of Baggage / luggage etc that would also be useful to know about.
* Please let us know if you have any particular themes or special interests or objectives.
Also where else you may be travelling too or have been so we can try to link things better.
* If you think you would like a meal / quick snack during the Tour etc,
